Trainee Solicitor
Sina Mahouzi having achieved a Cum Laude in his LLM studies at the University of Sorbonne – Paris 1, Sina joined us on board as a paralegal in August 2021. Just in a few months he was offered a Training Contract that he is in the process of completing.
Thanks to his MA in business studies, Sina is business savvy and understands the dynamism behind commercial entities.
In 2021, Sina became an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators CIArb after successfully passing his exams in international commercial mediation and arbitration. This diverse range of experiences gives Sina the ability to think of commercially viable solutions for business organisations.
Sina has a knack for problem solving and enjoys the conduct of complex litigation. During his time at MA Legal, Sina has successfully handled complex negotiations, settlement of commercial disputes between enterprises and a Private Prosecution action regarding fraudulent misrepresentation.
Sina is an aspiring international arbitrator and speaks English, Farsi and French. We are delighted to welcome him on board as a part of MA Legal family.
